The career
Harry discovered freediving during Covid lockdown in Hawai'i — and in his first ever competition broke a national record. In May 2022 he relocated to Dominica, drawn by crystal-clear water and year-round depth, and co-founded Blue Element on the shore of Soufrière Bay.
He has since become one of the UK's top freedivers: a multiple national record holder in constant weight no fins — the sport's purest and most demanding discipline — UK #1 in CNF for 2024 and 2025, and a competitor for the UK at the CMAS World Championships.
Away from the line he is an AIDA Master Instructor and Instructor Trainer, coaching athletes from first breath to the world stage — and running the Blue Element competition on his home water.
