The career
A competitive swimmer from the age of three, Natalie found freediving while living and working in Thailand — and turned a casual hobby into one of the fastest rises the sport has seen. Competing only since 2023, she is now ranked 7th in the world overall.
She is one of the rare athletes who is elite in both arenas: in the pool she made history as the first American woman past 200 metres on a single breath, and at depth she dives beyond 98 metres. She represents the United States at both pool and depth world championships.
Off the line, Natalie is a massage therapist and yoga instructor whose whole approach is built on the mind-body connection — a story that resonates far beyond freediving.
