Seven days on the island, six of them on the line. Small enough that every dive is coached, long enough that something actually changes.

A volcanic bay that drops away almost from the shoreline. No waves, no current, nothing to wait for — and the platform is a five-minute swim from the beach, not a boat ride.

Each takes the discipline they actually compete in. Wherever you are, you train with someone who lives in it.

How it runs
On day three the falls replace the afternoon clinic.

Arrive 14 December. Days one to seven run 15–21 — six days on the line and one full rest day in the middle.
